Porter Cable 7424 Polisher. Includes FREE 6" Counterweight and FREE 6" Hook and Loop Backing Plate.  We have tried Meguiar's DA polisher, Dewalt's polisher, and the Flex, and chose to feature the Porter Cable on CarGuysGarage. All of them are quite adequate, but different as well.  We feel the Dewalt, because it is not a true DA polisher, is better left with the professional body shop that is trying to correct fresh paint imperfections or heavy cutting for deep scratches.  It, like the Flex, are too easy to make a mistake with and burn the paint if you don't detail cars for a living.  As for performance, we found the Porter Cable 7424 to be very easy to handle yet clearly a professional machine.  We were able to get results very similar to Dewalt and Flex and far supperior to Meguiar's G110.  So there you have it!  We stand by our Porter cable 7424's and highly recomend them to our customers.
